2023 an eveninig of Wine & Song

On  June 1st the CAFNS was thrilled to host its first post-covid Evening of Wine & Song at the Cathedral Church of All Saints, featuring the extraordinary talent of Owen ‘O Sound Lee. Sommelier Jenny Dow from Bishop’s Cellar educated us on the wine selection.

The CAFNS is especially grateful to the Jack and Nance Giving Fund  — our premier donor for the Evening of Wine and Song.

It was a capacity crowd and a very enthusiastic and happy one.  Many thanks to all our supporters.

Special thanks to Gordon Whittaker who was our photographer for the evening

The board of the CAFNS is thrilled that Jane Landry, the foundation’s Executive Director, was honoured by the Home Bridge Youth Society at their 2023 AGM  for her years of dedication to assisting vulnerable youth in Nova Scotia.  This honour is well-deserved as Jane’s focus and efforts have been unrelenting for over 12 years and continues to this day. Congratulations Jane!
